Charlie had a surprise visit by Prince Andrew during OTC-2002. His visit was to be low key as he was not wanting the publicity as he was primarily here to visit the United Kingdom exhibits. The OTC staff was requested to have a high level of security prior to his arrival at the back entrance. Bomb sniffing dogs were deployed through the entire exhibit area. As you can see by the photos below many people were aware of his arrival. Something like this is hard to keep secret. I was very happy to welcome Prince Andrew to the conference, and received a very cordial letter from British Consul for the exceptional way his visit was handled.
