We are very proud to announce the 40th Anniversary of the founding of CA Richards & Associates, Inc., along with the news that we have just signed another five-year renewal on our lease at One Eldridge Place (777 N. Eldridge Pkwy.)

We were the first tenants to occupy space in this prestigious office building in 1984.  At that time it was the only all granite building outside Loop 610.  The current building newsletter features this on the front cover.

We are proud to have the loyal support of our customers and our principals and look forward to many more years of continued service to Offshore and Marine Industries.
